Uttranchal Mitra Mandal -Vasai Road (UMM-Vasai) performs its day to day activities through its Board of Trustees. The members of the Board of Trustees also known as The Managing Committee are elected/ appointed /nominated in the Annual General Body meetings of members for a period of three years. 

 The Present Board of Trustees (Managing Committee)  was constituted in the AGM held in August 2017 is for the period from August 2017- till July 2020. Due to COVID - 19, the existing Board was requested to continue its function until the situation normalises and a new Board is nominated/ selected/ elected.
