Enterprising personalities based in Mumbai and its suburban areas for the sole
purpose of promoting tourism to Swargatulya, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand.
Uttarakhand is one of the most beautiful places on earth, having lots of
natural resources, natural scenic beauties, large hills, beautiful ponds, dense
forests, etc.etc….. We love Uttarakhand very much for its simplicity and
natural beauty. We feel every person on the earth must see this beautiful
place, the nicest creation of God, at least once in his
or her lifetime. Because of its natural beauty, Uttarakhand is very commonly referred to as Swargatulya Dev
Bhoomi - (Like heaven on earth).
Some
of the promoters and developers of this travel company viz. M/s Shree Badrinath Tours &
travels are Trustees and Co-promoters of Uttaranchal Mitra
Mandal –Vasai Road (UMM-Vasai), a Public Charitable
Trust registered under the Public Charitable Trust Act 1960, in the state of
Maharashtra. The Trust is working as an NGO and is involved in various social,
cultural, and charitable activities in Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India The Mandal
was established in the year 1988 and was registered with the Registrar of
Societies, Thane, Maharashtra, India, under the Cooperative Societies Act. The Trust
is presently engaged in the construction of a replica of Bhagwan
Badrinathji’s temple and a 4 story building named as Manav
Kalyan Kendra in Vasai West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This will work as an epicenter for all social activities of the Mandal. (The complete details about

Mumbai, and its suburban areas, amongst all communities, especially
Uttarakhandies for its much appreciated social, religious, and cultural
activities and upcoming projects.

We, Shree
Badrinath Tours & Travels (SBT&T) are basically engaged in
providing quality and reliable services in the Tourism industry in the state of
Maharastra & the Uttarakhand. We are promoting tourism/pilgrimage to Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand as
most of the members of the Management Team of this company have widely traveled Uttarakhand state.
Since
we are located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and our motto is to promote tourism from
Sant Bhoomi- Maharashtra to Dev Bhoomi- Uttarakhand.
This will be mutually beneficial to economies of both the states, both
financially and religiously. The personalities involved in this activity are
very social and well-known faces in the Society. Their reputation, honesty, and
highest social standing are assets to the company.

purpose of doing this activity is to serve our motherland -
Uttarakhand, and generate some revenue that would be used for the
social and charitable activities, including financial assistance to Uttaranchal Mitra Mandal Vasai, for construction of
Temple of Bhagwaan Badrinath Ji and The Manav Kalyan Kendra at Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Almost all the members of the Guiding Team are very experienced and
are fully equipped with the geographical structure of the
Uttarakhand state.
This
provides ample opportunities to all travelers, who conduct their tours through us, especially from
Maharashtra. We will assist them in guiding how to enjoy the luxuries & comforts available in
Uttarakhand at a very reasonable and competitive price. The Hotels /
Bungalows’ / Rest houses & other Accommodations like apartments etc. are
made available with the assistance of The Uttarakhand Tourism
Development Board-( The Tourism Department), a Government of
Uttarakhand Enterprise. We are carrying our activities mostly through
Uttarakhand Tourism Department and accordingly book for accommodation, lodging-
Boarding, transportation, etc. etc. through them i.e.
Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited (GMVNL) and Kumaon Mandal
Vikas Nigam Ltd. (KMVNL).
Where
it is absolutely not possible for the Uttarakhand Tourism Department to
accommodate our Pilgrims/tourist, due to inadequate resources or due to budget
constraints, we accommodate travelers in private lodges. This is with a
view to supporting every traveler who intends to go to Uttarakhand and see its beauty within their own budgets. For this, we take the assistance of other reputed Travel Agents, Travel companies,
located in Mumbai, Uttarakhand, and/or elsewhere.

His entire family loves very much the Uttarakhandi culture and civilization. They have produced an Uttarakhandi family Film Gopi Bhina which was loved by the masses. He has also produced a film on the importance of Joint family culture, how it is important for co-existence - a very important message to present generation.
He has also promoted a construction company called, Anmol Developers which has constructed many large buildings in New Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Mrs. Kusumlata B.S.Gusain Didi Ji is born and brought up in Mumbai, an educationist by profession was associated with Powai English High School for 38 long years. She retired in 2015 as The Head Mistress of the school. She's been actively involved in the field of Social Work since 1976. She is a known face in our Uttarakhandi Society. At 64, she is still as active as she used to be when she started. Her love for Uttarakhand and Uttarakhandi culture is very evident. She has created a Facebook page by the name of "Swargatulya Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand".
Kusum Didi ji is associated with Uttaranchal Mitra Mandal, Vasai, an NGO, and a Public Charitable trust engaged in the construction of Temple of Bhagwan Shri Badrinath Ji & a Manav Kalyan Kendra in Vasai, Mumbai as a lifetime member of the Trust. She and her family have supported the project both financially and socially since inception.

Mr. Nailwal is Ex-President of one of the largest and oldest Uttarakhandi Cultural & Social Organisation in Mumbai, The Himalaya Parvatiya Sangh, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, which is managing a High school & Junior College at Ghatkopar, Mumbai with the basic objective of promotion of socio-cultural thread amongst Uttarakhandies, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. श्री केशर सिंह बिष्ट जी 54 वर्ष की आयु के हैं और ठाणे में रहते हैं। मुंबई में एक सुप्रसिद्ध सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं व विगत 2 दशकों से भी अधिक समय से मुंबई में उत्तराखंड के सामाजिक पटल पर प्रखर रूप से सक्रिय हैं। स्वभाव से मददगार और नेक दिल इंसान श्री बिष्ट जी समाज में बहुत ही जाना-पहचाना चेहरा है।
उनका जन्म उत्तराखंड के ग्राम-केपार्स, पट्टी-बासर, जिला-टेहरी गढ़वाल में हुआ। प्राथमिक पढ़ाई मुंबई और माध्यमिक शिक्षा उत्तराखंड से करने के बाद मुंबई से स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी की।
तीन दशक से मुंबई की हिंदी पत्रकारिता में सक्रिय हैं। शहर के प्रमुख हिंदी दैनिक 'नवभारत' में 22 साल की पत्रकारिता सफ़र के बाद अब स्वतंत्र पत्रकारिता कर रहे हैं।
मुंबई में उन्होंने 'कौथिग फाउंडेशन' नाम की सामाजिक संस्था को जन्म दिया और विगत 13 वर्षों में शिखर तक पहुंच दिया। 'कौथिग फाउंडेशन' हर साल नवी मुंबई में एक वृहद मेले का आयोजन करता है। जिसमें उत्तराखंड के सांस्कृतिक आयाम के विस्तार से प्रस्तुत किया जाता है।
आज मुंबई और उत्तराखंड से कुल मिलाकर लाखों लोग 'कौथिग फाउंडेशन' से जुड़े हुए हैं। 'कौथिग फाउंडेशन' को इस चरम सीमा तक पहुंचाने में उनकी अहम भूमिका रही है।
उन्होंने व्यापक रूप से पूरे उत्तराखंड राज्य का भ्रमण किया है। वे उत्तराखंडी संस्कृति से बहुत प्रेम करते हैं।
श्री केशर सिंह बिष्ट जी उत्तरांचल मित्र मण्डल (वसई रोड) जो एक सार्वजनिक धर्मार्थ रैजिस्टर्ड ट्रस्ट है और वसई मुंबई में भगवान बद्रीनाथ जी के मंदिर की प्रतिकृति और मानव कल्याण केंद्र का निर्माण कर रहे है, उससे आजीवन सदस्य के रूप में जुड़े हुए हैं।
उत्तराखंड और उसकी संस्कृति के प्रति उनके अगाध प्रेम और उनके सामाजिक विस्तार की वजह से स्वर्गतुल्य देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए हमने उन्हें मार्गदर्शक टीम का हिस्सा बनाया है और उन्होंने इसे स्वीकार किया है। हम उनके तह-ए-दिल से आभारी हैं!
